Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking pan and spread 1½ cups marinara sauce at the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend ricotta, 1½ cups mozzarella, Parmesan, seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill cooked shells with the cheese mixture and arrange them in the dish.
  4. Top with the remaining marinara and mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil, bake 20 min, then uncover and bake an additional 10 min until cheese is golden.
