Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- In a large pot, combine the potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Use a potato masher or immersion blender to achieve your preferred texture – smooth or chunky.
