Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (use rotisserie chicken for ease)
  • 1 cup taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 12 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • Sour cream (for topping)
  • Salsa (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
  3. Arrange the taco shells on a baking sheet and carefully fill each one with the chicken mixture.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filled taco shells.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and layer on diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
