Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (use rotisserie chicken for ease)
- 1 cup taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
- Sour cream (for topping)
- Salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Arrange the taco shells on a baking sheet and carefully fill each one with the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the filled taco shells.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and layer on diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side.
