Description
Quick cheesy garlic bread made in 30 minutes with melted butter, minced garlic, and mozzarella. Crispy, gooey, and loved by everyone.
Ingredients

1 bread loaf (12″ ciabatta or Vienna)
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp salt
2 to 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).
2. Mix melted butter with garlic and salt.
3. Slice bread loaf horizontally.
4. Drizzle garlic butter over cut sides evenly.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Increase oven to 390°F (200°C).
7. Top with cheese and bake another 7–10 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve hot.
