Ingredients

1.5 cups frozen strawberries
1/2–1 banana
3/4 cup milk (any kind)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp honey
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth.
